Since 2013, SMS Development has focused on Central City, one of New Orleans’ hidden gems and underrated neighborhoods. With its close proximity to St. Charles and Downtown New Orleans, it’s a prime spot for infield development.
St. Claude Neighborhood
In 2012, SMS Development became one of only a handful of investors to begin development on the lakeside of St. Claude Avenue. Over a two-year span, we built up over 36,000 sq ft of inter-field development in the St. Claude neighborhood.
